Sound Familiar?

The system has a blind spot. You're standing in it.

There's a whole group of people who earn too much for government help — and get quoted the worst prices because of it. If any of these four sound like you, you're exactly who I help.

01

You're self-employed and over the subsidy cliff

Consultants, business owners, freelancers, 1099s — your income disqualifies you from ACA tax credits, so you're paying full sticker price for a marketplace plan built for someone else. If you're paying full price anyway, why not shop the entire market?

Paying full price for less
02

Your employer plan costs too much for what it is

High premiums, a deductible you'll never hit before the year resets, and networks that keep shrinking. Here's what HR never mentions: you're allowed to shop privately instead of accepting whatever landed in your enrollment packet.

HR's best isn't the best
03

Adding your family feels like a second mortgage

Your own coverage through work might be fine — until you add a spouse and kids and the price triples. Often the smartest move is keeping yourself on the work plan and insuring your family privately for a fraction of the cost.

Dependents priced like luxuries
04

You just opened your COBRA letter

Laid off, changed jobs, retired early, or aged off a parent's plan — and now COBRA wants 2–3× what a private plan often costs for similar or better coverage. You have a 60-day election window. Use it to compare before you commit.

The 60-day window is ticking
The Third Option

You were told there were two options. There are three.

Some of the strongest health plans in the country aren't listed on the Marketplace — they're private plans you can only access through a licensed agent. That's not a loophole. That's just how the market actually works.

Who It's For

I do my best work for people like this.

Not everyone needs a private plan — and I'll tell you if you don't. But if most of this list sounds like you, there's a very good chance you're overpaying right now.

"My job isn't to sell you a plan. It's to show you what the market actually offers at your income level — and let the numbers do the talking."

How It Works

Ten minutes now. Clarity for years.

No paperwork to start. No commitment to finish. Just a straight answer to one question: is there a better deal out there for you?

1

We talk. Briefly.

A quick call about your situation — who needs coverage, which doctors matter to you, what you're paying now. That's it. No medical exams, no interrogation.

~10 minutes
2

I shop the market for you.

I compare private plans against your current option — Marketplace, employer plan, or COBRA — and bring back a side-by-side you can actually read. Real numbers, plain English.

Within 24–48 hours
3

You decide. I stay.

If the numbers win, I handle the enrollment end-to-end. If they don't, I'll tell you to stay put — and you've lost nothing. Either way, you keep my cell number for whenever life changes.

Year-round support

Still waiting for the catch? There isn't one. Insurance carriers pay licensed agents directly — your premium is identical whether you enroll through me or on your own. The only thing that changes is whether anyone actually shopped the market for you first.

About Rocco

Big-carrier backing. One-agent accountability.

Here's the honest truth about health insurance: the product matters, but who walks you through it matters more. Most people never get a real comparison — they get a website, a hold queue, and a renewal letter that goes up every year.

I'm an independent licensed agent — the plans I offer come from major, nationally recognized carriers. But you're not calling a company. You're talking to me. I pick up, I know your file, and I'm the same person at enrollment as I am a year later when you have a question about a bill.

My clients are mostly self-employed pros and families who were told expensive was their only option. My favorite part of this job is the moment they see the side-by-side and say, "Wait — why didn't anyone show me this before?"

Questions, Answered Straight

Everything people ask me before the first call.

There isn't one, and here's the math that proves it: licensed agents are paid by the insurance carriers, not by you. Your premium is identical whether you enroll through me or on your own. So the real question isn't "what does Rocco cost" — it's "why would I pay the same price and not have someone shop the market for me and stay on my side afterward?"

Completely. Private plans are fully regulated insurance products from established, nationally recognized carriers. They simply aren't sold on the government Marketplace, which is why most people have never had them presented side-by-side with what they're paying now. Regulated product, licensed agent, real carrier — the only unusual part is that nobody showed you this option before.

No — and honestly, pressure would be terrible business for me. My entire model depends on you looking at a side-by-side and deciding for yourself. On the call I ask about your situation; afterward I bring back real numbers. If your current plan is the better deal, I'll tell you to keep it — because people remember honesty and send their friends. No contract, no fee, and if it's not a fit, you never hear from me again.

You can — but there are two problems. First, the sites you'd use only show what's listed on the public Marketplace; the private plans I quote aren't on them. Second, many "compare quotes" sites are lead machines that share your number with a dozen call centers — that's where the spam calls come from. With me, the price is the same, you see more of the market, and your information stays with exactly one person.

No — that's a Marketplace rule, not a private-plan rule. The plans I work with can typically be quoted and started year-round. So if you're overpaying in July, you don't have to keep overpaying until January just because a website says the window is closed.

That's one of the first things we check — before we talk about any plan. The plans I work with use large nationwide PPO networks, and on our first call I'll look up your specific doctors and facilities so you know exactly where you stand before you decide anything.

You typically have a 60-day window to elect COBRA — which is actually good news, because it gives you time to compare before committing to a premium that's often 2–3× market rate. Book a consultation before you sign anything. Ten minutes now can save you thousands over the year.

It depends on your health history, and I'll be straight with you about it — private plans aren't the right fit for every situation. That's exactly why the first call matters: I'll tell you honestly whether a private plan, a Marketplace plan, or staying where you are is your best move. My advice is free either way.

The opposite — that's when most agents disappear, and it's exactly where I try to be different. Billing question, new baby, income change, moving states: you call or text the same direct number you've had since day one. I'm your agent for the life of the plan, not the length of the sale.

One Call. Real Numbers.

Ready to see what you've been overpaying?

Worst case, you find out your current plan is a good deal — and you get peace of mind for free. Best case, you keep more of your money every single month. There's no version of this where the call wasn't worth it.

Here's exactly what happens: you pick a time, I call you, and ten minutes later you know your real number. No Zoom link, no paperwork, nothing to prepare — just know roughly what you pay now.
